I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking says “Delivered”, and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.

I’m ordering internationally. Will duties, taxes, and/or customs fees be included in the shipping cost?

  • No. We cannot cover any of these charges at this time. Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s import charges before ordering.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault, e.i. wrong size sent, damaged product, etc. on unworn items with original tags and packaging. If you have any of these issues above with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons.
  • Due to high demand and limited stock, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges at this time.
